We’ll come again! The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and bright, and breakfast was good. The hosts were really friendly and could point you to places that fit what you’re looking for. We mostly ate dinner at their tavern, though, because the food and wines were excellent. The Ripperl were the best, and the homemade smoked selection was great too.

The vineyard views make the atmosphere here so beautiful, and the white wine was fantastic. My colleagues and I had a wonderful, authentic Austrian dinner the other night, with lovely fresh rolls too. I’d definitely recommend the restaurant.

We came to the restaurant for a drink and a snack, but the waiter was very unwelcoming. Only part of the menu was translated into English, and the wine list wasn’t, so we couldn’t understand the selection even though the area is known for its wines. When we asked for help, he got angry, said there was nothing to understand because there was RED or WHITE wine, and walked away. Horrible service and attitude.

After a long hike, we stopped here for lunch and spent a couple of hours. The food was great, the service superb, and everyone was really nice and welcoming.

I really enjoyed my short stay. The people were so kind, even helping me with my blisters, and the food and wine were superb!
