The newly built SKY POOL is world class, spacious, and just perfect. Once everything is finished, it’ll be unbeatable. The rest of the hotel was great too, and the building is clearly well cared for by the owners. My one real difficulty was the heat: there’s no air conditioning in the rooms or restaurant areas. I get that the hotel was built for a different climate, but when it gets oppressive, sleeping in an overheated room and sitting through lunch sweating is tough. Sasa, the bartender, looked after me during my stay, and Gamal was a lovely guy. Their charm and hospitality made everything feel perfect. The other staff were very nice too. It’s a real treat to come down for breakfast and hear someone greet you in your own language, which isn’t something you get everywhere. The restaurants and menu speak for themselves. I know this hotel doesn’t need another five-star review, but I couldn’t help giving it one. I’d happily return anytime. Thank you.

The spa has plenty of saunas and quiet spots to relax. Add superb cuisine and exceptional service, and you’ve got a great stay at a wellness hotel. An absolute gem!

There’s a convenient bus connection to Jenbach, and scenic walks nearby, including around Achsee, Feilkopf, and Bärenbadalm. The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained. I slept very comfortably, could choose from four types of pillows, and liked that a door separates the toilet from the bathroom. The food was great throughout the day: freshly made eggs, good bread, plenty of jam and cheese, and different cereals and yoghurts with toppings. The afternoon cakes and salads were delicious, and there was also a hot dish and soup. Dinner was fun and tasty, with attentive service and no formal dress code. There’s lots of room to unwind in the wellness area, both indoors and outdoors. The saunas have temperatures to suit different preferences, with a small card explaining how long to stay. Thanks to everyone who made my stay so enjoyable and relaxing. I’d definitely come back.

The wellness area has quiet rooms, countless saunas, an outdoor pool, and a whirlpool, with plenty of space to rest. The rooms are beautifully designed and equipped, and the staff are absolutely friendly and helpful. The food was exceptionally tasty and very high quality. It’s the only hotel at the Achensee I’ll keep coming back to. Thanks for being my personal paradise on earth and a place to find peace and relax!
