Sabine made the best impression on us as our host. She was friendly, helpful and competent. We’d choose Haus Monika first if we travel to Oetz again. We stayed here on a recent ski holiday and were very happy with the location. Spar, the pizzeria opposite, a ski rental shop in the same building, the bus stop and the cable car station are all within walking distance. Our apartment had the essentials, including a hair dryer, fridge, kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, dining table and a huge balcony. The bathroom was very modern, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. There’s also ski and boot storage in the basement.

We only meant to stay for two nights, but liked it enough to add a third, even though that meant travelling back and forth from Innsbruck. The apartment was clean, bright and well ventilated, with a well-equipped kitchen and amazing views. The Fischer family were great hosts and always available for questions about the apartment or nearby places. Shops, restaurants and bus stops are very close, which worked well since we were getting around by public transport. Our kids loved the garden play area and the toys in the apartment. Haus Monika is a great place for families. I’d highly recommend it for a stay in the beautiful Austrian town of Oetz.

The pool kept our little one entertained for hours, and it was a good size. The staff made us feel at home, and the place is kept up so well you can tell they take pride in it. It was extremely clean, with stunning views and what felt like the best location in town. Grocery shopping, other shops and places to eat are close by. Five stars doesn’t seem like enough. Thanks, and we’ll see you again soon.

We spent a week here with the family and found the house clean, with nothing missing. The little pool at the back was nice for the kids, and the balcony had a great view. A very good place to stay as a family.

The Fischer family were super friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was superb. With the Otztal Summer Card benefits and the quality and cost of the stay taken into account, I’d rate Haus Monika very highly for value.
