Falkners Five

We had a great family stay and will come back :) The apartments are really nice, new, and clean, sauna included. Parking was easy to access, and there’s a ski room with lockers.

Our dogs loved the big balcony, and the modern, spotless sauna was a real highlight. Falkners Five Habihen is easily the best rental in the area. The host made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the place is thought through down to the details: great shower pressure, quality appliances, and a layout that works. It was extremely clean, almost OCD-style, which we appreciated. The washer and dryer were handy, and booking the spa with the neighbour was convenient. If you have a sensitive nose or want to avoid any risk of allergies or mould, this is the place. We’ve stayed in a few others, and none compare. A true 5-star experience.

The only thing we missed was a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't spoil the stay. The kitchen otherwise had everything, including an oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, pots, dishes, and spices. We were two adults and three kids aged 6, 10, and 12, and spent five great nights in this spacious, modern, very clean apartment. Hans, the owner, was wonderful and attentive, making sure we had what we needed. There’s private parking and a nice playroom downstairs for the kids. No doubt we’d stay here again when we're back in the area.

The location was quiet, about five minutes from Oetz, with plenty of options nearby for trips and outdoor activities. We had a wonderful week at Falkners Five. The rooms were modern and fully equipped, with a cozy, spacious living room and dining kitchen, nice bedrooms, and a great bathroom. The balcony was roomy and had a good table, chairs, and lounge beds. The owner took excellent care of us and had thought of many things that get missed elsewhere. Thanks to Mr. and family Falkner for a wonderful stay.
