The owner is very friendly and shares travel tips each day. The apartment has a great view, and it’s an ideal base for visiting Salzburg’s nature attractions.

Even though this pension has been around for more than 30 years, it’s in top shape. The farm animals and cozy atmosphere helped make it feel like a second home, and our hostess added to that feeling.

We’ve stayed here three times, twice in winter and once in summer, and each visit was just right. The apartment is clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the hosts are warm, friendly, and wonderfully attentive. Families have lots to enjoy too, from the playground and comfortable lounge to the covered pool, animals, and vehicles in summer. Thank you, Marlene, for all your care and effort. Everyone at the Farmer family's apartment was friendly and helpful, and when something was missing, it was sorted out quickly. The apartment itself was clean and comfortably furnished, and we felt at ease from arrival to departure. We enjoyed the sauna, though being beside the playroom meant it could get a little noisy sometimes. That’s part of staying on a children's farm, or you can use it later in the evening. The nearest larger ski resort was about a 15-minute drive away, which was perfectly fine. For dog walks, the valley is the better choice, since there are limited options up on the mountain. Maybe we simply missed some routes or didn’t find the best ones during our week there.
