Good value for the price. The pension works well as a base for nearby via-ferrata routes. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the kitchen had the equipment we needed. There’s parking for two cars, and the owner lives nearby. We booked through booking.com.

A good spot for getting to the lakes or going cycling, and the hospitality was good. The only downside was the poor Wi-Fi.

We stayed in the top-floor apartment, and it’s spacious, with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two balconies, one at the front and one at the back. It’s fully equipped, right down to the dishwasher and washing machine. Our host, Frau Brigitte, was extremely friendly and showed us around personally when we arrived. It’s a lovely apartment for a holiday as a couple or with family. The location is beautiful, with greenery behind the property and a quiet road out front. Ebensee is nearby, as are other villages. Salzburg is about an hour’s drive away, and it’s a wonderfully beautiful city.

Everything was as agreed, and the accommodation was clean and fully equipped. The hostess was pleasant.
