That pool right outside our room was a real highlight. Even the baby monitor worked there, so we could relax for a little while. Getting around with the stroller was easy too, though those hills left our calves aching by the end of the day. The place is quiet but central, with plenty within walking distance. We spent a week here in July and August 2017, my wife, our 10-month-old daughter, and me. It was the loveliest holiday we'd had. The welcome and service were incredibly warm, and the tips and friendliness toward us as a young family stood out. Our room had a separate bedroom and a children's room, plus a brand new, well-equipped kitchen. The living area opened onto a huge balcony with an amazing view. The bathroom could do with updating, although everything worked fine. We had such a good time and will definitely return. Thanks for everything!

The owners were so friendly. The apartment is lovely, and the setting is beautiful. There's also a nice pool with a great mountain view.

After a hike, the little sauna and pool were just right for unwinding. We also enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and picking up tasty snacks from the small garden. We had a really relaxing time at Ulli's. It's a great base for hiking around the Zugspitze, and we felt at home there. The restaurant suggestions were excellent.

The terrace has a spectacular view over the valley and nearby mountains, and there are good mountain biking trails all around. We've also made frequent use of the option to barbecue there. I've stayed here several times and am always glad to come back. The house is clean and functionally furnished, with a small pool, sauna, and free Wi-Fi added this year. Wi-Fi isn't in every room and isn't fast, but it's fine for email and writing reviews. Our group of guys missed having a dishwasher, though that's a minor gripe. I'm very happy spending holidays here and will return. I can definitely recommend this rental.
