4/10
The hotel is conveniently placed, close to key attractions and easy to reach, and the surroundings have real potential. But the staff's attitude badly affected the stay. The personnel were repeatedly unfriendly and hard to approach. The manager especially came across as cold and unwelcoming, without the basic courtesy you'd expect in hospitality. It's a pity the human touch didn't match the quality of the location.

We stayed one night. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, but breakfast was just okay, with a fairly limited choice. Sounds carried from both the hall and neighboring rooms, though thankfully the other guests weren't too noisy. It felt a little expensive for what you get, probably because of the good location.

This hotel seems unaware that Booking.com rules don't require you to mention in advance that you're traveling with a medical assistance dog. You can arrive with the service dog, which in this case is not a pet or an animal.

The restaurant serves Italian food only. The rooms, though, are really comfortable.

Parking can be tricky, especially if you're looking for a free spot. Still, it's a good hotel in an excellent location.
