We loved the wellness area, which was calm and relaxing, and the breakfast was my favorite meal, with such a wide range of tempting food. Hotel Staefeli made our family stay in the Arlberg ski area special. The staff were skilled, polite, and genuinely warm, and the hotel had a cozy, spotless atmosphere. Its sustainable approach shows in the products and everyday routines, and it’s listed among Austria’s “Change Maker” hotels. The hotel is in Zug, close to the ski pistes and lifts, which is ideal for skiing. We hope to return someday. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a perfect holiday in a beautiful valley. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, the food was great, and everyone was so kind.

We’re a couple, and enjoyed every minute in the room, sauna, pool, and restaurant. This family-run hotel and restaurant has good quality throughout, with helpful staff, warm hospitality, and attention to detail that never feels overdone. They look after families as well, so we may come back with ours another time.

The free spa and pool are amazing, and the location feels like something from a winter fairytale. The staff, now made up of family members, are lovely and incredibly helpful. After a few lovely nights here, I can see why it gets such great reviews on Booking and Google. And the fruhstuck deserves a mention too :)

The place itself is beautiful, but the service was really poor. The coffee comes from a low quality machine, and they charge 4,80 € for tap water.
