Hotel Arlberghaus

The owners are caring and wonderful, always around for advice or a friendly chat, and the whole team put in so much effort. They thought of everything, from a Lindt bunny Easter egg and an egg smash that my daughter loved to sweets for us as we said goodbye before boarding the coach. The evening tobogganing was brilliant, with hot drinks on the hill. The ski-in, ski-out location was fantastic, even in the second week of April, and the ski area was the best we've ever skied. Food was exemplary, and the spa was stunning after a long day on the slopes. Our room worked perfectly for our family of four, with children aged 8 and 10. A door separated the bunk bed area from the adults' section with a king bed. It was also close to the restaurant, bar and locker room, which suited us so well. This was the best ski holiday we've ever had, thanks to the service, hospitality and location. I can't fault the place. Every T crossed and I dotted. Thank you to the whole Hotel Alberghaus team!

You really appreciate the owners’ local advice here. Every recommendation worked out perfectly, and we wouldn’t have had such a good holiday without that knowledge. It’s a genuinely family-run place, with service that feels personal. The location is also great for skiing, right in the middle of the Arlberg region. A wonderful stay, thank you.

We couldn’t get back to St Anton after a road closure left us stranded in Zurs, even though that was where we’d booked. The team at Arlberghaus immediately offered to help, and we stayed there for the night. They were incredibly kind and hospitable. The hotel is one of the coziest in Arlberg, with lovely rooms, plenty of amenities, and excellent breakfast and dinner. Incredible people.

The kids loved the fondue evenings, and sledging with them, followed by hot chocolate and Gluwien, was a real highlight. The location made everything easy: the ski school and Strolz rentals are opposite, and the bus to Lech/St. Anton stops right outside. They even arranged our ski lessons for us. The owners and staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday. Highly recommended for families.
