Appartement Roggal

I cancelled my reservation well in advance because of unavoidable circumstances and followed the cancellation process, but Apartment Roggal refused to return the €21,700. We never stayed a night or used any services. I've tried to contact them, but got cold, dismissive replies or no response at all. I'm horrified by the experience and feel they have no justification or compassion for keeping the money. It's disgraceful. I can't understand how this place is still listed. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Dr Campbell

The team worked so hard to take care of guests, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely family-run place. Breakfast was lovely, and the location was good. The pool and spa looked outstanding, though we annoyingly never got around to using them. Thoroughly recommended.

The owners made us feel at home throughout our week at this four-star hotel. They even arranged restaurant bookings for us every night, which made dining a pleasure. When our pre-booked airport ride fell through, they quickly sorted a last-minute taxi. Their hospitality and help made the visit unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to them.

The family who own and run this hotel are charming and extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable, the location is great, breakfast is very good, and the new spa area is excellent. My one complaint is the €1.5 per day charge for the milk I used in my tea, even though there are tea-making facilities in the room. We'll definitely return, but next time I'll bring my own milk.
