The service was exceptional, with every staff member we met being warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, and the spa was a lovely way to unwind after skiing. Room views were stunning. My partner and I spent five nights at the Kaiserhof on a ski holiday, and it exceeded our already high expectations. It’s a top-class hotel, right on the slope for experienced skiers to ski in and out. Beginners can take the hotel shuttle, which gets to the gondola in under five minutes. We couldn’t have asked for more and highly recommend the Kaiserhof.

The pools and spa were wonderful, a peaceful place to relax. Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Kaiserhof. From arrival, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, some of the best service we’ve experienced.

The setting is gorgeous, and getting here is easy, with Munich just an hour away by train. We loved the daily hikes and exercise classes, plus the saunas. The food was incredible and there was plenty of it. We only speak English, but everyone at the hotel spoke enough to look after us really well. A great place for an all-inclusive stay in Tirol.

We had a perfect stay, thanks to the fantastic service. Kristian, our waiter, and our wonderful hosts, the Lampert family, made us feel so welcome 🫶🏻
