We’d happily stay here again if we’re ever back this way, and highly recommend it. Klaus and Doris were fantastic hosts, so warm and friendly it felt like we’d known them for ages. Our tidy, clean room had enough space for our luggage, and the shower pressure was great, so we didn’t need to spend long in there. We were lucky to have mountain views straight from the bedroom window and balcony. Breakfast had a good selection too.

The hosts are really friendly, and everything was clean. After skiing, the cozy sauna was a lovely bonus. The apartment has a gear drying room, and they also provide free lockers by the lift. The skibus stop is 50m away, with two stops to the main lift. One thing to budget for in Ellmau: the stay charge is 17.5 eur per person, plus an apartment cleaning fee. We paid 60eur.

I keep returning to Landhaus Kaiserblick for the warm welcome from the owners. It’s comfortable and very clean, the breakfast is superb and varied, and the location is right in the center. 🌸💕

The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the Fruhstuck was delicious, with a great selection!!!! We loved the balcony view and the garden too. We’d highly recommend this place.

I was only 18 the first time I holidayed at this wonderful family-run hotel. We met Doris and immediately knew it was the right place for us. We’ve been back at least 10 years and are going again. There are beautiful rooms and self-catering apartments in the city center, close to the most important amenities, and the breakfast is excellent every morning.
