A pleasant, well looked after place. It's a short walk to the ski slope.

The bus stops right outside, and the Hartkaiser Bahn is 5-10 minutes away. There are ski lockers downstairs, though using them can take a little getting used to. Remember bags for the pedal bin, since rubbish is sorted. The apartment was lovely, clean and nicely furnished, with a great view. The bedroom and bathroom are roomy, and the bathroom has underfloor heating. The living room is fine, with a sofa bed.

The location is a plus: shops are nearby and the ski bus stops right outside. We also found the emergency number easily and were glad to use it. Our neighbors confirmed this. The check-in was frustrating. There's no reception, and we stood at a locked door without any directions for collecting the key. The furnishings are very basic, and cooking is practically impossible in the kitchen, which has no oven. The toilet is in the bathroom, the beds sag, and springs stick out of the sofa bed. Cleanliness was poor too: there were hairs on the towels, and unwashed pans had been put back in the kitchen cupboard.

We stayed in apartment 3, on the sunny side. It was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There's a microwave with a grill setting and even a cheese slicer, but no oven, which was a real drawback. The ski bus stops right outside, and you can take it to the gondola. We found the walk to the slopes too far. The nearest slopes are 84, 82 and 81.
