We've been here twice, for two weeks in summer and a week of winter skiing, and it's an amazing place. The setting is beautiful, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There's a heated outdoor pool that's open in winter, plus a drying room for ski gear. The apartments worked well for two adults and two kids. Staff can arrange ski passes and lockers, and the fresh bread breakfast service is really good. The water service is a treat too. Highly recommended!

The kids had a great time with the animals, pool, and indoor and outdoor playgrounds, while we could relax in the sauna after a day of activities. Appartement Hotel Landhof is in a lovely spot on a ridge, with wonderful views of the peaks around Ellmau, and the staff made us feel very welcome. My one small reservation is that I wish the property were smoke-free, since that would have made the atmosphere even nicer. Still, we had a fantastic stay, and I'd recommend Appartement Hotel Landhof for a memorable family holiday.

The staff at Hotel Landhof were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. What let the stay down was the lack of basic kitchen supplies, not even paper towels, and just one bath towel per person. You had to pay to get fresh or extra towels. For an upscale place, that wasn't what I expected.

Lovely surroundings, but the staff were SUPER UNFRIENDLY. The bathroom had mold and a crack in the sink. At 275 per day, it wasn't good value for money.

WOWIE, so many great things to do around here for families with little kids, including the swimming pool and playground!
