The host and room service were great, and everyone was really friendly. I stayed for two nights and they cleaned every day. The location was amazing, and it's a very good hotel. The one thing missing from the single room was air conditioning.

We only stayed one night while travelling through Europe, but we'd happily come again. Salzburg and the lakes are very close, and the location is exceptional. Our room was clean and comfortable, with mountain views from the balcony, and our dog was welcome too. The host spoke English and gave us lots of helpful information and advice about the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious.

We were very happy with our stay as a family of four, including two kids. The hosts were wonderful, breakfast was yummy, and the rooms were really clean. It's very close to the city, and the price was good compared with other nearby hotels. Highly recommend it.

It's just outside Saltzburg, which meant we could stay clear of the city congestion. Florian was friendly and helpful, and made our stay much better. Our clean room had a great mountain view and was good value for the price. The buffet breakfast cost extra, but it was very good. We'd stay here again.

Everything was cozy, clean, and nice, and I especially liked the polite service and the view from the breakfast terrace. The hotel doesn't have internet access, though, and there's no hair dryer in the rooms.
