Parking right on site was a real plus, and breakfast was great. The interior architecture is incredible and makes you want to take photos. It’s a 19th-century hotel, so everything has an antique look, but it’s clean, well scented, and organized. A real gem.

The management took the theft seriously and tried to help, though they questioned the wrong shift. The hotel is old and could use upgrades. Breakfast was good, and the other amenities were unremarkable. Still, having something taken left a bad taste, and I wouldn’t be happy staying there again. One of the maids stole a gold-plated pin from my room. It wasn’t even worth much, and I don’t make that kind of accusation lightly. I know it happened because I left it on a table to use when I got back after the room had been cleaned.

I had to spend a night in Feldkirch and booked at the last minute. The hotel is very convenient, about a five-minute walk from the train station. My room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. No complaints.

The building is lovely and well located, but the value wasn’t great. Breakfast cost an extra €12 per person, and parking was €12 a day, definitely not free. It also took about 15 minutes for the hot water to come through in the room, and the hallways needed repairs. I was underwhelmed.

Our room was huge, and we loved having a bathtub. The hotel is handy for visiting Liechtenstein, with a bus to the town centre just a few hundred metres away, though it sits on a busy street corner. We found it odd that no staff were around at midday when we wanted to park before check-in. Apparently that’s normal on Sundays.
