The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were very nice, the service fabulous, and the location great. Still, I took off a star because there were several ants in the room, the main light was out, and the water glass was cracked. Those things didn't really bother me, but I felt I had to deduct the star.

The food was delicious and good quality, though there wasn't much choice. We had to ask for the Genusscard ourselves, which really should have been automatic. What bothered me most was the third single bed. It was so hard and lumpy that it was impossible to lie on. The main double bed was average.

Breakfast had few vegetarian choices, and they kept repeating. Cleaning was a problem too. There’s no kitchen, but outside food is prohibited.

The food tasted good, the city is beautiful, and the hotel looks pleasing. The rooms, though, are really small, with no mini refrigerator or air conditioner, and there are lots of bugs. It was OK.

We had a great team weekend with training. The rooms, food, and facilities were all nice. The one small issue was that the indoor training field wasn't completely clean, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. Still five stars.
