We'd definitely like to return. The host was so kind and attentive, and both the breakfast and central location were excellent. I can only recommend it.

Being right by the baby lift made the location especially handy with a baby. The service was excellent, and I'd gladly visit again, though I'd want a quieter room. The room acoustics need improvement because we could hear everything, including breakfast being prepared from 5 a.m. Parking wasn't guaranteed either. We also struggled with the egg boiler: it took three of our four days to get soft-boiled eggs right. At busy times, guests accidentally sneak eggs :D

The delicious breakfast was a highlight, with fresh ingredients and bread that tasted amazing. Our apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed at Essl for two nights, using it as the start and end point of a three-day hiking trip. Communication and service were excellent. The host was so friendly, and we appreciated getting an email confirmation and a text message before arrival. Thanks for the hospitality, and till next time!

We felt so welcome thanks to the amazing communication with the staff. Our apartment was good, and the stay was really beautiful. Breakfast was included throughout our visit, with tasty food and lots of homemade items. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

The breakfast is the crown of the place, with plenty of choice and lots of organic and handmade items, including bread and jams. Bernard, his family, and the staff really care about guests' well-being. We were looked after so well by the cheerful hosts, and the service was excellent. Our room was warm and cosy, and the heated bathroom floor was a pleasant surprise. There are loads of TV channels, though you'll probably be busy with outdoor activities around Filzmoos. We'd recommend staying here in the Austrian Alps and will definitely be back.
