The retreat was planned for 20 May, and I paid the deposit on 3 April. I cancelled on 25 April because of illness in the family. After several emails went unanswered, I finally reached Julia on 17 May. She said she’d personally make sure my deposit was refunded and asked me to be a little more patient. It’s now May 30, and the money still hasn’t come back. I find it really frustrating that they haven’t just returned the deposit. It takes no more than 10 minutes to send the money, even though they say it’s peak season and they’re short-staffed. I hope they refund it soon so we can all move on. Thanks.

This place feels like a fairytale. The staff were all welcoming and nice, and the food and service were high quality. The apartment was comfortable and spotless, with so many thoughtful touches, like a hot water bottle, a hiking backpack, and a spa bag for towels, plus more. And the panorama sauna! The photo says it all. We hope to come back, since there’s still lots to discover in the area.

A charming place in nature, with a village of old traditional cottages, interiors decorated in a traditional style, and a spa. The atmospheric outdoor area makes it a perfect wedding location.

The only things I liked were the location and the property’s rustic design. Our stay itself was very poor. It was cold inside and there was no heating, the internet didn’t work, and the beds and non-folding sofas were so small. Even though they knew we’d sleep on the sofas, we had to put the sheets on ourselves. Cleaning also wasn’t okay, with urine stains on the toilet. Their electrician even came into our apartment to change a bulb without knocking.

We liked the rustic accommodation and the restaurant food was good. Too bad the weather was bad.
