The family at Haus Bernardes put in extra effort that made our holiday special, and we'd definitely come back. The area is beautiful, with lots to do, and there was plenty for the children at the property too. They loved animals, so getting to play with the goats and go for a ride on the horses was a big plus. Our apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen and a big TV. There was even a sauna in the building that we could use for free. Everyone in the family was very friendly.

It’s a good place, though not luxurious or exceptional enough for five stars. I’m not keen on the room style, but that’s just taste. We arrived two days ago, and check-in with Lodge Bernardes was easy, handled by the owners’ grandma. The room was clean, with a very supportive 160X200cm bed. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, and mirror with faucet, all basic but fine. There was a coffee machine and dishwasher in the kitchen, a big plus. The small basement sauna needs to be reserved each day. You can order bread daily for the next morning, delivered in a basket in front of your door. You also get a key for the lockers near the pistes and a discount on your skipass.

Everything was very well organized, and the people were so friendly. We had a great stay, with the car parked in a closed garage. We'll definitely come back next year.
