Fisserhof

We had a memorable family stay at Hotel Fisserhof, and our 11-year-old loved the kids' activities. There's a great balance between things for families and time for adults to relax. The spa is serene and beautifully designed, with a steam bath, sauna, and pool, and the fitness center is excellent. Cyclists will find a secure bike garage, wash station, and first-class facilities. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis single trails, flow trails, and MTB routes for every skill level make this a dream biking holiday. Every evening brought a creative, varied gourmet multi-course meal with outstanding flavors. The staff made the stay especially nice. A heartfelt thanks to Issac from Spain for his warmth, professionalism, and impeccable daily service. He made us feel truly cared for and is a gem on the Fisserhof team. We can't recommend Hotel Fisserhof enough and are already looking forward to returning.

What stood out most was the service. One member of staff, whose name we recall as Isaac, was especially attentive, kind, and prompt, with the kind of attention to detail you'd expect at a luxury hotel. The hotel itself is outstanding in every way and wonderful for couples and families alike. Top class service.

The location is great, the choice of meals is extensive, and the afternoon snack was wonderful. The hotel facilities are top standard, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were truly fascinated by our stay at the Fisserhof Hotel. It was our best hotel experience ever. Everything was just perfect, many thanks to the whole team.

We had a really good time here. The pools and sauna were great, the food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic. Parking was easy, and charging was free. I’d spend a little extra for the next room category, though. The standard room wasn’t as nice, especially the shower. And book directly instead of through booking.
