Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay last week, from the room and restaurant to the pool and wellness area. We booked again for next year straight away.

We had a wonderful stay, and the place is kept in great shape. Our room, 403, had an amazing view to wake up to, even without a balcony, and it worked perfectly for our family of four. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The gondola is an easy 10-15 minute walk away.

We spent five nights here and came away feeling totally zen. The sauna facilities are incredible, with an infrared sauna, finsauna, bio sauna at 60C, pool, and a relaxation area, all recently renovated and up to date. The hotel has a real Fiss atmosphere, lovely people, and incredible views from all the rooms. There's also a shuttle to the lift and two 11kw Tesla destination chargers.

The heated outdoor pool is the highlight, and the sauna is just right after a day out. This is the place to stay in Fiss for a ski trip, or even in summer. Come here!

Communication was poor and the whole experience felt unprofessional. We paid quite a lot for a “suite” with dirty, damaged walls, and the room didn't match the website description. I'd ask them to confirm your room with pictures after booking. They also didn't seem aware of the regulations, and the manager's attitude had nothing to do with hospitality.
