The location makes skiing easy, with the piste just 20m away and a superb restaurant even closer. Jasmin was a great host and made everything easy for us. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and well equipped. I’d happily recommend them, 10/10.

The view and the peace here are fantastic, and the location is central, right by the piste and lift, with everything reachable on foot. The apartment was clean and dog-friendly, which we dog mums love. The owner was lovely and easy to deal with, and the bread roll service was TOP. I’d book Apart Jasmin again and gladly recommend it. The apartment is a great base for skiing, only 20 meters from the slopes, and you can walk straight into the restaurant "De Holzwurm." It’s clean and nicely roomy, with a small kitchen that’s enough for simple meals. There’s a nice sauna, ski storage, and heated boot warmers. Hofstadl, Flachau’s best après-ski bar, is an easy walk away and well worth a visit. If it snows, you’ll need snow chains, though the roads are cleared quickly.
