The children made the most of the play spaces every day, and the animals on the property, horses, cats, rabbits, and goats, were a big hit. There’s a small outdoor playground too, plus an indoor area with soft play and a climbing wall on the lower floor, so we didn’t have to worry about the noise or where the kids were. We found the apartment spacious and very clean, with what we needed for a comfortable stay. The oven started beeping at random, but the family came over and fixed it quickly. They were easy to reach and approachable whenever we needed something. It was a quiet spot with lovely views to return to after skiing. The ski lift was about a five-minute drive away, with free parking, which made early starts on the slopes easy. The daily bread delivery also arrived early, just right for breakfast before catching the first lift. We had a wonderful time in Flachauwinkl and would gladly come back.

We loved having the restaurant right downstairs. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with a good range of food, and it was so easy to pop down for a meal. The sauna and pool were clean and well cared for, just the thing after a long day hiking. Kids had a great time at the playground. Staff were kind and helpful from check-in through their tips on nearby places, and made us feel welcome. There’s lovely green, peaceful scenery around the apartment, with lots of nearby walking trails for different levels. We especially enjoyed the paths in the morning and evening.

The balcony views were especially lovely in the mornings and evenings, and the calm surroundings made it easy to unwind. Inside, everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. The sauna, pool, and children’s playground were all great amenities for a family stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable. We’d happily stay here again.
