The apartment was lovely, and the service was excellent. Everything was super clear, and we got a friendly welcome. All in all, everything was great.

The owners are really friendly, and the apartment is close to a supermarket, about 150 meters away. It was very clean and beautiful, with a wonderful view. A washing machine is available in the basement, and it had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker. Definitely worth staying here.

We loved the peaceful spot right in the center, with views of both slopes. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, and the owners were so pleasant and attentive. Fresh pastries can be ordered, and there’s parking in front or in the garage. The building also has an elevator that fits a stroller, a sauna and relaxation area, ski storage, and a children’s corner. We’d happily choose it again for our next stay.

We were really disappointed by how this was handled. After 15 years of visiting Flachau, and several years at Haus Barbara, we may not be able to return for our usual week because everything is now booked. We always come the same week, and regular guests in Flachau are supposed to have priority for the following year. We got home after our ski holiday from February 23rd to March 1st, then quickly replied yes when asked by email if we wanted to come back next year. Our room had already been taken, which seemed odd after having it for the same week for years. They offered the slightly more expensive apartment next door, and since finding any apartment that week is difficult, we immediately accepted the offer. Then we were told that one had been taken too. Sorry, Nicole and Thomas, but this doesn’t feel fair. I don’t understand why you ignored us like that, and nothing is being done to make things right. It was not a pleasant homecoming.
