Appartementhaus Aurora

The view and bathroom were the only things that looked exactly like the photos. I spent a week there on a summer holiday with my family, and the room was old with dirty curtains. There was no directory by the phone with an extension for reception. Reception is at the other hotel, hotel Blu, so you have to go there if you need to ask anything. It was the first time I’d seen a hotel room phone with no directory number at all. There was no microwave in the kitchen and no washing machine either. Looking at the positive reviews here, I realized they were from more than a year ago. A very disappointing experience!

A very convenient place for a getaway, and the location is central. The apartments have seen better days, but they’re still really comfortable. My only issue was that the bed felt a bit too hard for my back.

The view across the square from one of the rooms was lovely. The apartments were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and gave helpful advice whenever we needed it. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, the rooms spacious, and the kitchen fully equipped, which made the stay great. I only wish there’d been somewhere to dry my ski boots.
