All the staff were smiling and very friendly, and the atmosphere in both the hotel and restaurant was pleasant. I especially appreciated the owner’s friendly, professional approach. I like the way you run the hotel, Ferdinand. Well done! We had a pleasant winter holiday here with our family, and the ideal spot right next to the slopes meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere. We’d love to come back :-)

After a hard day skiing, the showers were lovely, powerful and warm, just what we needed when we got back. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was efficient with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly. The location is fantastic, right on the slopes for easy ski-in and ski-out. We’d highly recommend staying here for a week skiing in Flachau. Thanks for a fantastic stay. We hope to return soon.

A sauna and an infrared sauna were available, and the evening meals were great. The breakfast was fantastic too. It’s a small family hotel where no guest is overlooked, and you can ski in and out with ease. It could use a Jacuzzi, but that’s no big deal. We had a very pleasant stay and hope to return soon. We booked our flights, transport and hotel independently.

Those card games sealed it for us, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Ferdinand and the staff were just awesome. The hotel has comfortable rooms, a lovely breakfast, and clean sauna facilities. It’s right by a chair lift and après-ski, too. Such a charming place, we’ll be back in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us, see you soon!

Breakfast had a great choice, and the location made it easy to get onto the slopes early. We’d happily come back.
