I came because reviews said they had gluten-free pizza, which matters for my son, who has celiac disease. They didn’t seem to understand cross-contamination. I politely asked the owner to wash her hands before touching the gluten-free dough, but she got rude and kicked me out. The place claims to offer gluten-free food that’s safe for people with celiac disease, but I don’t think it’s safe at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs genuinely safe gluten-free options.

After waiting half an hour, I politely asked our waitress what had happened to my order, which she’d forgotten to take. She yelled, “Don’t you ever make mistakes?” It was upsetting and unprofessional, and she’d been noticeably rude throughout. The service was extremely poor, and based on this experience I wouldn’t recommend the place.

Our three-generation group ate here. There are good facilities for children, both outside and in the basement, and they also have gluten-free options. They deserve a high rating for that.

There weren’t many places open, so we tried this one, but it didn’t impress us. The garlic bread was odd and the pizza tasted funny. My wife’s onion soup was fine, as was my potato soup, but nothing we ordered stood out. Maybe we chose the wrong things, since it seems other people liked the food. Still, it wasn’t the best meal we had in Austria.

The food was below average, and the atmosphere felt pretty mediocre and inauthentic. There were flies everywhere. The waiter was rude, rushed us after we asked for recommendations, refused to cut the pizza, and gave us a terrible attitude. If he hadn’t been such a jerk, I’d have given this place a solid 2 stars. As it is, it gets the classic “would’ve rated 0 stars if I could.” Wouldn’t recommend it at all.
