The apartment was clean and cozy, and the area was calm, with a little stream right outside. It’s just outside Flachau, between the Flachau ski slopes and the Zauchensee ski area. We had both bread service and breakfast, which was good and generous, brought to the apartment at the time we chose. The owner was very pleasant and took care of all our needs. We had a great ski holiday. It would have been nice to have newer towels and some coffee, tea, and sugar in the apartment, so we didn’t have to buy so much for just one week. Thanks for a pleasant holiday.

The rooms were clean, and the owner was friendly. Flachau town center and the main mountain lifts are only a few minutes away by car.

The apartment was lovely and clean, and we had parking plus extra room to dry our ski gear. The landlords were very nice, and breakfast was brought straight to our room. Thank you, we’d love to come back!

The balcony view is stunning, and there are lots of things to do nearby, including beautiful hiking trails. We had a wonderful stay at Haus Sylvia. The apartment was clean and very well maintained, and communication with the owner was clear.
