We've already booked another stay, after coming to the Steger house for the fifth time. Karin is always lovely and helpful, and the comfortable, tidy apartment works well for families or friends in summer or winter. The beds are really comfy, and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. The apartment and kitchen are extremely well equipped, with everything you'd need if you skip Karin's pampering breakfasts. There's a separate room for skis and heated boot racks. Kids can enjoy a lovely playroom and play safely outside, too.

Karin is a fantastic host, always ready with advice and help about nearby attractions and places. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We'll definitely come back.

It's a dream of a place, with a view to die for and a feeling of being right at home. It's great with kids, and also a handy base for seeing different parts of Austria. For example, today we drove to and from the 5 finger mountain.

We had a stress-free, unforgettable family holiday here, thanks to the thoughtful hospitality and excellent facilities. Our host was warm and attentive, and went out of their way to handle every request and make sure we had what we needed. The rooms and shared areas were spotless and well maintained, so we felt comfortable the whole time. Families with children will love the playroom, large trampoline, and little farm area with friendly animals. We highly recommend it!

The three of us spent seven days at Unterblich on a ski trip and had a fantastic time. We chose the large apartment, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The suites were convenient, new, and clean, with parking right in front and a ski room with boot warmers. Karin was very kind, and the price felt fair. We’d happily come back.
