The kids wanted to come back to the yard every day. They had the trampoline, bicycles, horses, soccer, and plenty more to play with. There were lots of other nice families with children staying at the same time, so it was fun socially too. Barbara made us feel right at home. This was the highlight of our trip to Austria this year. It’s such a good place I almost want to keep it to ourselves so it won’t be fully booked next time.

Barbara was a lovely, helpful host, and we really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything for cooking and preparing meals. There’s lots of outdoor space with equipment and games for kids. The location also worked perfectly as a base for day trips around the Salzburg area.

Our kids were so taken with the animals, all the bicycles, and the indoor and outdoor games that they’d rather stay at Wawie’s than go to the attractions. We had a wonderful time in the three-bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, in a peaceful, family-friendly location with plenty to do nearby. Barbara was the kindest hostess, warm, attentive, and always helpful. Her genuine care made the stay extra special. Highly recommended!

The surroundings have loads to do, including biking, hiking, and swimming, and they’re especially good for kids. We bought the 12 peaks card and had a great time on the trips. Back at the property, there’s a huge garden with something for everyone: horse riding, a trampoline, football, sand for little ones, and places for parents to relax. The apartments are cozy and very clean. The brand-new sauna is lovely, and both playrooms are well equipped, which was really useful on rainy days. Barbara made us feel welcome and helped with everything. This place deserves more than five stars. It was our best family holiday, and we hope to return next year.
