Sporthotel Molltal

The staff were friendly, helpful and always around when I needed them. I left feeling refreshed and very satisfied. Sporthotel Mölltal has a cosy, welcoming atmosphere and everything feels carefully organized. The location is quiet and relaxing, while still being close to the lifts for skiing or exploring the Mölltal Glacier. My bright, clean room was comfortable and had plenty of space to unwind. The pool, sauna and relaxation areas were spotless and soothing, just right at the end of each day. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back on my next trip to the region.

The food was great and accommodated all our food restrictions. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and tidy. It's in a good location close to the glacier. I had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it!

I'd look elsewhere, even if you're trying to save a few bucks. The food was extremely salty. It gave me a stomach ache and diarrhea, though I can't say how others might react. Service was rated 1/5: the staff seemed very frustrated with their jobs, and requests were met with grumbling or whining. At 12:30, when we returned to the hotel even though we'd been told checkout was at 2:30, our keys had already been deactivated. The host looked visibly annoyed when we asked to have them reactivated. The room itself was satisfactory but a little dirty, with stains on the walls and toilet and dirt on the floor. For five of us sharing a room, they provided just one key card, which made it hard to manage everyone's schedule. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bar staff deserve a shout-out for making the week such a great experience. The staff were amazing, and the rooms were clean. Great food with plenty of choice, and a picturesque setting just a two-minute walk from the local supermarket.
