We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel even for longer visits. Staff were really nice, especially in the dining room, and the location is excellent, close to the ski bus. The ski depot is spacious and easy to access. A few things could be better: parking is somewhat limited, and the room felt smaller because of its low ceiling, though it was spotless and cleaned more often than stated. Noise sometimes depended on the neighbours. Breakfast quality was excellent, but it could offer more variety. Dinner was also good, though the menu repeats every 7 days and could use more variety.

The four-course dinners on the half-board plan were a highlight, consistently delicious and varied, and the extensive breakfast buffet set us up well for the day. Berghotel Basur gave us a wonderful stay, with warm Tyrolean hospitality from the moment we arrived. The free ski bus stops right outside every 15 minutes and reaches St. Anton in about 15-20 minutes, which made the slopes easy to get to. Our clean, comfortable, beautifully refurbished room had a great mountain view. After skiing, we loved unwinding in the spa and sauna. The staff were professional, friendly and happy to help with questions or requests. Excellent value for money. We’ll definitely be back!

I brought my two dogs and it was no problem at all, the hotel is very dog friendly. I got injured on the first day, and the staff helped me a lot. Everyone was so kind and friendly, the food was good, and the service was amazing. The rooms are modern and cozy. I can absolutely recommend this hotel in every way!

The half-board food was very good, and the hotel has a lovely lounge, WiFi and a cosy bar. It’s right by the free ski bus stop, which is a great location in Flirsch. The staff were super friendly.

Julia at reception was so helpful and friendly, and the owners were just as lovely. We stayed at Basur with our family, and they made the whole visit feel special. We’d definitely recommend it.
