The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always greeting us and making it clear they cared about their guests. Breakfast was amazing, and the service was great. There are several hiking options nearby, and the hotel is in a great spot in Tirol. It sits beside the main road, so it can be noisy during the day, though I suppose you'll be out most of the time. I'd recommend staying here.

Everything was clean, and the people working at the hotel were really friendly. It's well placed for winter sports, and the sauna area was lovely for relaxing sore muscles at the end of the day.

The rooms are super clean, but the place looks nowhere near as beautiful as it does in the pictures. Inside, everything feels like the 1980s, even the smell. I worked there briefly as a kitchen helper and wasn't paid. It felt like being a slave, and I thought the owner was a cheap old fool. I saw how they prepared the food, and believe me, you don't want to eat it.

The food was nice, but they wouldn't take a card for a 30 euro bill, saying card payments required a minimum spend of 50 euro. I had to walk 200 meters uphill to an ATM instead. It felt like they were hoping for a bigger tip if we paid cash. They didn't get one.

I only ate at the restaurant, I didn't stay at the hotel. The local food was very good. I'd especially recommend the Zwiebelbraten and Jaegerschnitzel. Both were excellent, much better than the same dishes at other nearby restaurants.
