We were staying in Flirsch centre, just 300m up the road from Troschana, so we booked a table at their restaurant. The food and service were excellent, and the Friday 7pm atmosphere was lovely. The duck was especially good. Thanks to Sandra, our very nice waitress.

We went back for dinner several days running because the food and service were both absolutely great. The pork knuckle is highly recommended, though you should pre-order it in advance ;-)

I was staying nearby, not at the hotel, but ended up eating at the restaurant five times. The service was charming and very good, and everything I tried was sublime and great value. The mixed grill and chateaubriand stood out in particular. Really, everything on the menu was good, so you can’t go wrong.

After a long, intense day on the slopes, it was great to get back, put our gear in the heated ski facilities, relax in the sauna, then sit down to a good meal. Dinner was a tasty 5-course menu served quickly, and breakfast had lots of choice. We were there for an extended weekend ski trip in the Ski Arlberg region. The hosts were kind and friendly. It isn’t ski-in/ski-out, but the free bus around the corner takes only a short ride to the lifts at St. Anton.
