Landhaus Maria Grün

The WiFi was terrible, though the hotel itself was absolutely top-notch. My room was excellent, very clean, and came with lovely scenery.

We had a lovely chat with our very nice host, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and modern, with a balcony looking out over a lovely view. Guests can also enjoy the garden. It’s a quiet, family-run B&B, and I only wish we’d had more time there. There’s free parking, and the location makes it easy to drive to the beautiful old town of Feldkirch. Austria, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland are all just a stone’s throw away.

The tea kitchen and good coffee at the hotel were a plus. Still, the room mix-up really set a bad tone. We’d booked a room with a kitchen because we planned to stay five days, but were given a standard room instead. It had a brilliant view, but was too small for a longer stay and had no mini bar. We’d planned to cook, and otherwise would have chosen a different hotel closer to shops and restaurants.

The balcony view was nice, and breakfast was okay, though other hotels nearby offer more choice. I wasn’t sure how to check in when I arrived and had to go to the restaurant. The cleaners moved all my things around. Getting there is hard, with very narrow roads, and it’s not within walking distance of the city center.
