The owner told us at check-in that our room had been upgraded, and it turned out to be the most gorgeous hotel room. We only stayed one night, but I would have happily spent more of our holiday there. The mountain view was amazing, breakfast was really good, and the staff were very friendly. I'd love to return!

Such lovely, helpful staff. They did our laundry and gave us travel tips, and were wonderful throughout. The rooms were nice and clean too. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a top-floor apartment with a big balcony and a fantastic view of the mountains. The hotel is near the highway, so it's easy to reach, but with the windows closed we couldn't hear it. The staff were kind and helpful at check-in and over breakfast, which was good. It was good value for money, and I can only recommend this hotel.

The food and wine were a real highlight, especially the lava stone beef steaks, served in whatever portion size you wanted, and the excellent wine list. The bar next door has a lively feel and some creative cocktails, with themed evenings in summer. We felt very welcome, and the aparthotel’s modern facilities have a nice rustic wooden look.

We felt at home here, thanks to the friendly staff and especially the amazing, helpful receptionist. Our room was just right, new and clean, and breakfast had a good range of continental options. The location worked really well for a family, close to the store, Fugen bath, and Achensee lake. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.
