Hotel Bruno made a real effort with my strict celiac diet, cooking me a warm meal every evening. It’s rare to find a host who cares so much about guests. Isabella made my holiday feel special with the quality of her service, and the chef and all the staff deserve thanks too. Big smiles everywhere. Lovely.

The dinners were really high quality, with traditional dishes often given a modern twist, and there was a nice wine selection too. Breakfast was very good and filling. I was there during the holiday season, and the staff were super friendly and tried to meet every need. Superb hotel!

Our group was welcomed by the owner, and room allocation and check-in went extremely quickly. The rooms are spacious and have good views of the surroundings. The large hotel in Fugen is made up of two buildings connected by an underground tunnel.

We came back for a second stay because we enjoyed the first so much. The owners and well-trained staff are warm and friendly, which makes the hotel such a relaxing place. The lovely staff are the same as last year, and it’s no surprise to see so many returning guests. Breakfast is excellent, dinner superb, and the stylish rooms have pleasant views across Zillertal. I’m almost reluctant to praise it so much in case it gets even more popular.

The terrace has a great view, and my kids enjoyed breakfast during our two nights at Bruno. The receptionist was super friendly and even gave them chocolate. It would be better if the rooms had a tea or coffee machine.
