Mia Alpina - Zillertal family retreat

We visited in summer and still found lots to do in and around this family-friendly resort. The cable car station is a short walk away, and up the mountain there's a playground and an activity center. The resort really understands parents: each dining table has baby wipes, our room had lots of storage, plus a changing table and diaper bin for our little one. There are plenty of seats by the playground, right where you can enjoy a coffee and keep an eye on the kids. The all-inclusive food was the best I've had at a resort. The quality, flavor, and presentation made meals something to enjoy together, not just food to get through.

I finally had a holiday with the kids that actually felt like a vacation. Everything was beautifully done, with thought put into all the details. The hotel, staff, and food were all amazing. For a winter trip, experienced skiers should check the location beforehand. The nearby ski areas are beautiful, though not very large.

The staff at reception and in the restaurants were friendly and helpful. We had a really nice stay at Mia Alpina with our five-year-old son. It does a great job of being child-friendly while still offering parents luxury, refined food, and a chance to relax. We'd definitely recommend Mia Alpina and will come back.

The Mia Alpina team makes it easy to enjoy the Alps. There are activities and games at the hotel, with convenient access to winter skiing and summer hikes. Food is excellent and there's lots to choose from, plus coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day. Hands down, the best family hotel in Zillertal for children under 10.
