We stayed a few nights with our caravan and had a wonderful time. From arrival, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding. The campsite was clean, well organized, and very family friendly. Our six-month-old loved the pool, which is perfect for little ones. The on-site bakery was great too, with fresh pastries for us every morning. Everything felt easy, comfortable, and relaxing. We’d definitely come back, and highly recommend it to families or anyone after a peaceful, enjoyable camping trip.

The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the restaurant, staff, and sanitary facilities were all very good. We stayed five nights and had a lovely time. The campsite is right by a busy road, though, so there can be some noise.

We spent nine nights here in August and also stayed one night in an apartment. The mountain views were gorgeous, the weather was lovely, and the nearby mountain parks offered more outdoor fun than we expected. Getting to Innsbruck was easy by train, and we enjoyed morning bike rides on the many nearby cycle lanes. The bakery in Fugen was a nice find, and the ice cream was delicious at just 2 euros. The pools were a highlight. I loved swimming outdoors early, before it got busy, and the indoor pool looked beautiful with its stainless steel lining and clear, shimmering water. The drying room was so good. Facilities throughout were spotless, and the playground and low ropes course were great for the kids. The shop on site was handy, with a supermarket offering lots of organic options within walking distance. There were also free laptop lockers, and we could use the apartment lobby to get a bit of work done. The pitch worked very well for us and drained exceptionally well in the rain, unlike some other campsites we've visited. We did need rock pegs, though. We had seen a Google comment from a previous visitor saying the pitches were unsuitable, but that wasn't our experience. The site also seemed to take environmental sustainability seriously, with green initiatives and eco-friendly practices throughout. It was nice to see that alongside the comfort and luxury. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the facilities felt carefully designed, with high-quality finishes that went well beyond what I expected at a campsite. We were initially concerned about the main road, but once inside, we couldn't hear it, and our stay felt peaceful. Most families there were Dutch, and the children mostly played together and spoke Dutch. That left our English-speaking daughter feeling a little isolated and dampened things for her, though it was just how things naturally worked out, not anyone's fault. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. It's a great choice for a comfortable, environmentally conscious camping trip with lovely surroundings and excellent facilities.

I was excited to camp here, but as a couple without kids, we didn't find it a great fit. The facilities are good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Still, it was really busy and felt like a kids' club, with no quiet spots. The busy road meant constant noise, and even the walk into Fugen follows the main road. We couldn't find much shade, either, and pitch 169 had no trees. It's expensive, and the massage room is right next to the indoor kids' play area.
