We were looking for traditional food in a traditional restaurant while on holiday in Fugen, and Gasthaus Goglhof was just right. The food was amazing and the portions generous. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd suggest booking ahead. If they can't fit you in, takeaway is available.

I've been here several times, and the view is stunning. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the food is great. Even when it's busy, it comes out quickly. The staff are extremely friendly. It's a lovely spot for a family outing, or a visit alone, with friends, or with a partner. I definitely recommend it.

We came just for a meal. The food was excellent, and the service was really good too.

The mountain panorama is lovely, but I found this hotel-restaurant overrated. We came for dinner and the waitress wasn't very friendly, with no welcoming smile. Our steak arrived after ten minutes, but it was literally cold. It seemed to me it had been cooked earlier and brought out, not freshly made. It was tender, just not warm. There are lots of good restaurants in the area if you want a good steak. I wouldn't recommend this one.

We ate at the restaurant twice in summer and sat outside on the porch. The menu has the usual Tirolian dishes, and the food was tasty, good quality, and served in large portions. Service was quick, and the staff were professional, though very busy. If flies bother you in summer, I'd choose a table indoors.
