The shuttle bus takes you straight to the Schlick 2000 lift, so the location is perfect for skiing. The hotel is very nice, with a comfortable room, super friendly service, and some nice amenities too.

We came across this hotel by accident and it turned out to be fantastic, beyond what we expected. Our room was spacious enough for three adults and two dogs. The meals were tasty and satisfying, so I really recommend adding the dinner package, the extra cost is worth it. We could eat indoors with our dogs in a separate area, which I understood is usually the bar. It was cozy, almost intimate. The spa has what I believe are four different saunas and a good swimming pool. The hotel also gives you a Stubai Region Card, with free access to cable cars up to the Tyrolean peaks and other attractions. Swimming pools are included too, though we didn't use them. The garage parking is quite narrow, and a car with a roof box can't get in. I believe the dog fee was €15. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay here.

The wifi kept dropping every eight minutes, which was unbearable. It's a weak connection generally, and more routers around the building would help. The showers in the center were also a problem: one only ran hot, one only cold, and one wouldn't turn off. They should send a plumber. I'd also remove breakable things from the bathroom, since they can fall and leave dangerous shards on the floor. The food and cake were actually much better than what I've had at hotels in the area, and breakfast was good too. I only found out later there was a secret menu for special breakfast items. Nobody told me, and there wasn't a menu on the table. Having just one pillow also doesn't feel worthy of a 4 star hotel. The feedback paper only asks how satisfied you are, not what could be improved, which feels like a pretend-to-care procedure. I have to say the place was just okay, though I would still recommend it.

The staff were exceptional, and breakfast was very good. With the Stubai Super Card there are so many lovely things to do, and Schlik 2000 is by far the best cable car in my opinion. The wifi was really bad, so bring a book. Sauna hours were limited to late afternoon and evening.
