We really enjoyed the wellness area, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. The hotel sits in a lovely spot, and the food could be anything from simple to genuinely great. I only missed having a coffee machine in the room. Hope we can come back soon.

The rooms felt cozy and modern, with a local touch, and the views from the balcony were lovely. The Zirben rooms are especially stunning. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic, with lots of choice and plenty of vegetarian options. We spent a week here with our two kids, both in their early twenties, and are already planning another visit. This family-run hotel is wonderfully placed near the Kaunertal Gletscher. Simone and Martin, along with the rest of the staff, were so friendly, helpful, and caring. Highly recommend it.

The owner plays music in the restaurant in the evening, which is a nice touch. We also loved the kitchen, especially the schnitzel and Austrian wine. Our room was clean and cozy, with a great view and a perfect bathroom. The staff were kind and quick to help, and the service was top-notch. One of the best places to stay in Tirol. Highly recommended!

The ski bus stops right outside, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty, well cooked, and nicely presented, and the rooms were good. When my wife became ill, they called a doctor. An ambulance came, and they offered to pick us up from the hospital if she had to go with it. Definitely recommended.

We only stayed for one night, but had a lovely, peaceful time. The room was modern and very clean, with a nice bathroom and a balcony overlooking a great view. Breakfast was delicious too.
