Das Posthaus stubai & smart hotel

The food was delicious, with good choices at both the morning and evening buffets. Starters, soup, main courses, and dessert were all on offer, and the vegetables were always perfectly al dente and full of flavor. We also loved the pool, and the location was ideal, close to Fulpmes center and the skibus, which got us to Schlick 2000 in 4 minutes. Our first room was a newly refurbished double, but it was small and had no view. The very helpful receptionist moved us to a much bigger room on the 3rd floor. It had old furniture, but was cozy and had a big balcony with stunning views. The hotel is old, as its online pictures show, but most of it has been refurbished and it’s kept very nicely. The beds were comfortable too. We’ll definitely be back 😁👍🏻

We were deeply disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Service felt very unfriendly, as if the hotel was always right and the customer always wrong. The TV in my room stayed broken for the whole week, with a new excuse each day before they finally blamed their contractors. They couldn’t provide a decent sheet and blanket instead of a duvet, didn’t have a spare hairdryer and had to go out to buy a replacement, and couldn’t supply a telephone for the room. No soap was provided for four days, and the morning hot water only came on after guests repeatedly protested. The evening meal was very poor.

I really enjoyed my time at this very nice hotel. The food was very good, the staff were all nice people, and I liked both the swimming area and the lunch place. I was happy there. Thanks to everyone.

The room we paid for and booked was not the room we got at all. The actual one was at least 10m2 smaller, which felt really unfair and overpriced.
