We had such a fun time here. The staff work hard and were great, even when we stayed outside late and they kept bringing drinks and things to make sure we had a good evening. The hotel has lovely views and kind, funny staff. The music night was amazing. Ernst even took the trouble to learn Dutch because so many Dutch people visit. I'm vegan, and the food was still pretty good. The hotel sits right on the großglockner high alpine road, probably Austria's most beautiful and scenic road. Visiting it in summer is a must if you're staying here. We even saw snow at the beginning of August! I'd very much recommend this hotel and want to thank all the staff for the lovely times.

The location was the one good thing. Staff were rude, there was hair on my bed, and the food wasn't good if you're a foreigner. There's a better hotel across the street.
