The staff were so warm with us and our 1.5-year-old, and they always did a little extra to make us feel looked after. The restaurant and bar were very good too, and breakfast had freshly cooked eggs along with everything else you could want. Our first family ski holiday was at hotel Lampenhäusl, and we were surprised by how roomy the room was. It had a divider so we could stay up while our daughter slept, plus a proper baby bed and diaper bucket. Everything felt well thought out, and the room was cleaned every day. Thanks to all the staff. We hope to come back!

Very good! The service was friendly and easy to talk to, and the rooms were clean. Tasty food, close to the ski bus, with ski service and rental right there.

After cycling all day, the portions were just right for me, and the food looked and tasted great. I stopped in for dinner on a rainy evening, though I wasn’t staying at the hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, and the bill was quite reasonable.

The room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily, with a stunning view. We had half board, and I expected basic student-style meals, but I was completely wrong. The four-course dinner was excellent, well organized, and full service. The food was just wow. The staff were lovely and helpful, offering ideas for what to do and where to go and lending a hand however they could. Amazing place, calm and beautiful location, and wonderful service. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was modern and spacious, with a lovely mountain view, and the food was excellent. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. It did get quite hot in the room, so we had to leave the window open all night. Still, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
