The restaurant food was good and the staff were friendly. Our room was very clean, but it felt basic and worn and could do with an update. There was only half a curtain, so it didn’t cover the balcony door and we couldn’t darken the room. We’d booked ahead and paid 180 euros for the room and breakfast, so we expected more at that price. On the day, prices seemed to be around 80-120 euros, which felt fairer for this room and hotel.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We were really pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean, thoughtfully organized, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view and fantastic service. One of the best hotels we've stayed in.

The food was fantastic, especially the local dishes we tried, and the place is worth a visit. I’m reviewing the restaurant rather than the hotel. The service felt a little arrogant toward us, though.

The hotel is ideally placed if you're driving to Hohe Tauern national park, since the entrance is very close. It's an authentic Austrian place, and the restaurant serves tasty local specialties in really big portions, so come hungry 😊 A very nice spot for local food 👍

The restaurant downstairs had good cocktails, and the service there was quick and friendly. We were welcomed warmly, and our room was lovely, with gorgeous mountain views. We couldn't fault the place. Best wishes to the receptionist, and thanks for making us feel welcome. Highly recommended!!!
