The pizza was delicious, and they were quick. I did feel rushed when I asked for time to look at the menu but the waiter stayed at our table waiting for our order, even though I hadn't looked at it yet. The staff came across a bit rude while trying to be funny.

The room was very clean and smelled lovely, and breakfast was okay, though there were no boiled eggs. But the bed was a disaster, like sleeping on a boat. It was my worst night of the year so far.

The older woman was so warm and sweet, and the place was really clean. It's family run, and makes a great stop just before the Alpine road drive. One of the best cafes for coffee, pizza, and ice cream. I plan to stay here next time I'm in the area.

We had a lovely week of winter holidays with the family at Wasserfall. The staff were helpful, the rooms comfortable, and the food yummy. Thanks to the cooks! It's a charming, family-style hotel and a convenient base for skiing at Zell am Zee and/or Kaprun, about 10/15mins away.
