We hiked right from the hotel and took short drives for day trips, since there are so many places to explore nearby. The family and staff treated us with real kindness, as if we were their own family. The accommodations were exceptionally clean, with a great blend of traditional and modern decor. We enjoyed the tasty meals and meeting the other guests. Grateful for the experience.

When we left, it felt like we were leaving family behind. The family who owns this beautiful place seemed to know what we wanted before we’d even finished thinking about it, and the location was fantastic too.

We especially loved how peaceful the location was. At night we could hear the tawny owl calling, and there are lots of possible excursions on foot, by car, or by bicycle. We were thrilled with our stay, and the evening meals were generous and absolutely delicious every night for the whole week. We’d love to return.

The rooms were tidy, comfortable and very clean, and the food was excellent. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful, with service just as you’d hope for. It’s an idyllic spot, and you can get to Fuschl am See or Lake Wolfgang quickly. Highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Best regards from Landshut.
